What Our Promise Actually Means
If the work isn’t right, we come back out and fix it – no charge, no argument, no forms to fill out, and no waiting on a manager to approve anything. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s written on every project we complete.
You don’t have to prove anything complicated. You call us, a real person answers, and we schedule a return visit. The only thing we ask is that you show us what isn’t right. From there, it’s on us – not on you to chase anyone down or quote contract language back at us. If the repair itself doesn’t hold, that second visit is covered too, no charge and no argument required. That’s not a goodwill gesture. It’s what the promise says, in writing, before the crew even loads the truck.
The 365-Day Done Right Promise exists because Sean Mackey, Owner and Installer at Juniper Windows and Doors, built this company on a straightforward belief: a homeowner who had to fight for a callback after paying for a job is a homeowner who deserved better. Every project Juniper touches is covered by that belief, in writing.
Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere
A one-truck shop is great until the one truck is booked. Then you leave a message, wait two days, and hope. Juniper Windows and Doors runs local crews in each market it serves – meaning the person who picks up your call at midnight isn’t routing you to a national call center that will shuffle your ticket in the morning. A real person answers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That’s the phone commitment, and it doesn’t have an asterisk.
Once you reach us, the clock starts. An estimator arrives at your property within two business days, and the written estimate is in your hands within one business day after that visit. The number is confirmed in writing before anything begins – no verbal ballpark that grows at the door, no hourly rate that accumulates while the crew figures things out on your dime.
What makes that window honest is the infrastructure behind it: stocked vehicles, trained local crews, and eight product lines on the shelf – PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux. When a repair or replacement requires a specific part, we’re not ordering it from a catalog and hoping. The inventory exists. The crew is local. The response time stands.
How We Make It Right
You Tell Us
Call (682) 281-2168 and describe what you’re seeing – a draft, a seal failure, a frame that doesn’t sit flush, anything that isn’t how the job should look. You won’t be asked to submit a ticket or wait for an email response. A real person takes the information down and gets a return visit scheduled, typically before you’ve had to repeat yourself twice.
We Come Back Out
An installer comes to your property to see the issue firsthand. No fee for the visit, no service call charge, nothing added to the original project cost. What’s covered in writing stays covered in writing – the 365-Day Done Right Promise doesn’t have a deductible.
We Fix It
The crew corrects the work. If it turned out to be a product issue, we draw on the product lines we stock to get the right component in place. If it’s an installation issue, we own that too. The fix is the goal, not an explanation of why the problem technically isn’t our fault.
You Sign Off
Before we consider the job closed, you confirm you’re satisfied. We take before-and-after photos of every visit – original install and return visit alike – so there’s a clear record of what was done and what it looks like now. That photo record is part of The Relay Visibility Guarantee, not an optional courtesy.
What Stands Behind the Promise
The people who show up at your door are background-checked and uniformed on every job. You know who is coming before they knock, because a live arrival time you can track is part of The Relay Visibility Guarantee that Juniper Windows and Doors operates under as a proud Relay Home Co. company. Relay Home Co. doesn’t pretend to be from every town – each location is an independent local business that agreed to work to the same visibility standard. That’s the structure: a national family guarantee, delivered by a local crew with a local owner accountable to it.
The pricing mechanism is simple and it never changes: every job gets a free written estimate before any work starts. There are no hourly rates building in the background, no subscriptions, no memberships, nothing to sign up for. The number you see in writing before we start is the number on the invoice when we finish. Sean Mackey has run this operation since 2001 under that principle, and it hasn’t shifted.
The product lines we use – PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux – were chosen because they hold up. Juniper is named after an evergreen that handles sun, wind, and cold. The products on the shelf are chosen for the same reason: durability isn’t a marketing word, it’s what a window or door has to do every day.
Ask Us to Prove It
Call (682) 281-2168 any time – someone answers around the clock. Or book online and an estimator reaches your property within two business days. The written estimate follows within one business day of that visit, at no cost to you. The full terms of The Relay Visibility Guarantee and the 365-Day Done Right Promise live on our terms page.
